The purchaser may use and customize the template to create one end product / website for themselves or one client.

This is not an official Framer license and is not issued, reviewed, or endorsed by Framer. It is a draft Single-Use Commercial License for this Framer template (“the Template”), covering how it may be used, modified, and delivered in client work. Replace all bracketed placeholders before relying on this document, and have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing the Template for sale.
1. License Grant
Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and compliance with this license, the Licensor grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Template (the Framer project referenced above and its associated Code Components, assets, and documentation) as described below.

3. Modification / Customization
Licensee may modify the code freely. Every Code Component is plain React/TSX and is provided specifically to be edited, restyled, restructured, and extended to fit the Licensee's or their client's brand and requirements — including colors, typography, images, content, and layout. Modification does not grant Licensee any additional rights beyond those in this license.
4. Single-Use / Single-Project Restriction
This license covers use of the Template on a single end project: one finished, published website, for one brand or one client. Using the same purchased license to build additional, separate websites — for the Licensee or for different clients — requires purchasing an additional license per project.
5. Client Work
Licensee may use the Template to build and deliver a finished website for one client under this license. Ownership of the finished, delivered website (the specific content, copy, and configured design built on top of the Template) may be transferred to that client as part of Licensee's normal client work. However, the underlying Template license itself is not transferable to the client, and the client does not gain the right to reuse the Template's source files to build additional, separate websites without purchasing their own license.

7. Prohibited Resale / Sublicensing
Licensee may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Template available to third parties as a standalone product, template, theme, or Code Component package — whether sold on Framer Marketplace, another marketplace, or directly — regardless of whether it has been modified. This restriction applies even if only a subset of the Template's components is offered.
8. Ownership / Intellectual Property
The Template, including its code, design, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. This license grants usage rights only; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Template itself to Licensee.
9. Third-Party Assets & Licensing
Some assets bundled with the Template (fonts, stock imagery, icon sets, etc., where applicable) are licensed from third parties and remain subject to their own respective licenses, which may impose their own usage terms independent of this license. Licensee is responsible for reviewing and complying with those third-party terms where such assets are kept in the finished website.
10. Termination
This license terminates automatically if Licensee breaches any of its terms, including the restrictions in Sections 6 and 7. Upon termination, Licensee must stop using the Template's source files for any new work, though previously published, finished websites built while the license was valid are not required to be taken down.
11. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
The Template is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Template, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Please include your Framer project name and, if reporting a bug, which component (.tsx file) and step it happened at. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis; any specific response-time or update commitments beyond that will be defined separately by the template creator.
